Pipeline, nurture, proposals and the price book live where operations live. When the client signs, sales doesn't hand over a folder of PDFs: the proposal becomes the program, baseline and all.

In a stack of separate tools every arrow below is a person retyping something. Here each stage inherits the last, so the program that runs in July is the same record the client signed in March.
01Pipeline
From Lead to Closed Won as a board or a table, with a searchable archive and a reason required for every loss, so the pipeline teaches you something.
02Proposals
A block-based builder, covers, events, galleries, video, fed by a Content Library with date-scoped pricing. The client gets a branded, password-gated link with a signature pad at the end of it.
Dual costing is one set of lines with two renderings. Your team sees the cost and the margin; the client link is generated from the same rows with those columns structurally absent, not hidden by a toggle someone can forget.

03RFP Autopilot
Real briefs are a one-line email with a 20-page attachment. RFP Autopilot reads PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, forwarded mail and even scans, matches the requirements to your library by meaning, and assembles a costed draft for your review.

Everything downstream (the coaches, the rooming list, the vendor confirmations, the margin you actually kept) is the same record, still carrying what was agreed.
Both, kept apart on purpose. Dual costing holds the sales price, the operational cost and the margin side by side for internal eyes; the client link renders only what the client pays. Optional and hidden line items, tax and management fee are first-class rows, and named snapshots let you revise and resend without losing the history.
RFP Autopilot reads the brief, including PDF, Word, Excel and scanned attachments, matches the requirements to your Content Library by meaning, and assembles a costed draft. Prices always come from your price book: AI selects and describes, it never invents a number. You review the draft before anything is sent.
It becomes the program in one click: events, services and costing carry over, and the sold costing is frozen as the baseline that Margin Defense watches live cost against. The deal, the proposal and the program are one record chain, so nothing is retyped.
Every signature records the signer, date and time, IP address, device and a SHA-256 hash of the signed document. A countersigned copy can be uploaded to the same record, and signed contracts are indexed for Dispatch AI to answer from later.

Bring a real RFP to the demo. We'll run it through Autopilot against a seeded library and walk the result to signature.
