What each plan costs, and what it includes.

Why there is no free trial

Onboarding is paid, hands-on and scoped with you.

The best features are worthless on an empty database. A cold trial would show you a login screen and a blank table. Onboarding loads your Service Catalog, Content Library, price book, vendor list and live programs with our team, so the product is convincing on day one because it already holds your operation.

  1. Week oneCatalog, library and price book imported; branding set; roles and permissions mapped to your team.
  2. Week twoVendors loaded and invited to the portal; two live programs built together.
  3. From then onYour team runs programs; we stay on the line through your first on-site day.

Pricing questions

Why is there no free trial?

Because a system of record is only convincing when it holds your record. A cold trial would show you an empty database. Instead, onboarding is guided: your Service Catalog, Content Library, vendors and first programs are loaded with our team, so the first thing you see is your own operation.

What does “active programs” mean?

The number of programs currently in operation, not your annual volume. Finished programs auto-archive and stop counting. A DMC running 100 programs a year typically has 25–35 active at once, which is why Core includes 40 and Growth includes 150.

What are AI credits?

Dispatch AI usage (answers, document parsing, drafting) is metered in credits, with a monthly allowance for the whole organization rather than per seat: 10000 on Core, 20000 on Growth, and a scoped allowance on Enterprise. If you run out, you can buy packs, enable auto-refill, or set an overage cap. AI is never silently billed: the cap is yours to control.

Can we pay monthly?

Yes. Month to month is the headline rate, $999 on Core and $2499 on Growth, and you can cancel any time. Committing to a year takes 20% off, bringing them to $799 and $1999 per month. Enterprise billing terms are set in your agreement.

What does onboarding cost?

Onboarding is scoped with you on the demo call: it depends on the size of your catalog, vendor list and how many live programs we migrate together. It is hands-on and paid, and it ends with your team running real programs, not with a login email.

What happens if we hit a limit?

Nothing silent. Extra seats, programs and storage have published rates, and overage billing has a cap you set, or you can switch overage off entirely and the product will tell you when you're at the edge.
