Thirty minutes with the product and your operation.

We'll walk one program end to end, inquiry, proposal, signature, manifest, transfers, the on-site day, on a dataset shaped like your business. Bring a real RFP or a real manifest if you want to see the sharp edges.

The half hour, minute by minute

A structured half hour, not a discovery call.

There is no qualification call before the real one. The product is on screen from the start, and the agenda below is the one we run.

  1. 00–05Your operation, not our deckHow many programs you run, how big they get, what you use today and where it hurts. We shape the rest of the call around that answer.
  2. 05–13A brief becomes a signed programAn RFP goes in, RFP Autopilot drafts against a priced library, dual costing holds your margin, and the accepted proposal becomes the program with its baseline frozen.
  3. 13–22The afternoon it all landsA manifest becomes tracked flights and clustered coach runs. Then we move a flight and you watch the pickup, the driver, the day sheet and the Client Cockpit follow it.
  4. 22–27The sharp edgesPermissions, the data boundary that keeps margin off client surfaces, what Dispatch AI will and won't do on its own, and how AI usage is metered.
  5. 27–30Numbers and the next stepSeats, active programs, storage and onboarding scope. Pricing is already published, so this is arithmetic, not a negotiation.

Bring your own data and the session gets specific.

Optional. A demonstration on our own dataset still shows the shape of the system. But the fastest way to evaluate an operations platform is to point it at your own briefs, manifests and programs.

A real RFP

Any format: a one-line email with a 20-page attachment is the normal case. We run it through Autopilot live.

A real manifest

Whatever your client actually sends you. Watch it become flights, an airport check-off page and coach runs.

A program that went wrong

Describe a disruption you have managed and we will stage it in the War Room, showing what the system would have surfaced and when.

Anything you send for a demo is used for that demo and deleted afterward on request.

Include the people who will run it.

Operations and finance see different halves of this platform. The evaluation is faster and the objections are better when both are in the session.

Before you book

Who should be on the call?

Whoever owns operations and whoever owns the numbers. Sales and operations see different halves of the platform, and the case for consolidating them lands hardest when both are present. Thirty minutes accommodates two or three people comfortably.

Will you send us a recording and a deck afterward?

A written quote and written answers to anything we could not resolve live. There is no slide deck; the session runs in the product. Recordings are available on request.

We are early in our evaluation. Is it still worth booking?

Yes. Say so at the start and it changes what we show you rather than whether we show you. If the platform does not fit your operation, you will hear that in the first ten minutes rather than at implementation.

Can you migrate what we already have?

That's what onboarding is: your Service Catalog, Content Library, price book, vendor list and live programs loaded with our team. Bring an export of anything you'd want migrated and we'll scope it on the call.
