Proposals & contracts
Password and expiry per link, your accent and cover, a signature pad at the end, and open/view telemetry for your sales team.

A live cockpit instead of reassuring emails. Branded proposals instead of attachments. Galleries their guests actually receive. Everything under your brand. DMC Pilot's name appears nowhere your client looks.

01Client Cockpit
A password-gated live window on their program: arrivals as they land, today's schedule, advisories, and the approvals waiting on them, updating in real time, with margin structurally invisible.
Client-facing surfaces read from a boundary that carries the client charge and nothing beneath it. There is no toggle to forget, no column to accidentally unhide, no export that leaks. The numbers do not leave the tenancy.
Stays inside your tenancy
Crosses to the client
Four surfaces your client and their guests actually open. All of them carry your logo, your accent and your sender, and none of them carry ours.
Password and expiry per link, your accent and cover, a signature pad at the end, and open/view telemetry for your sales team.
Slide-based destination presentations built from your records and media: duplicated and refined per client, shared as a branded link.
Per-event albums with guest download links, optional passwords and expiry, and photographer upload links that need no account.
Guests sign waivers and are checked off at the airport on token links: no accounts, no app installs, no training.

Photographers upload on a link with no account. Guests download on a link with no account. You approve what goes out, and it goes out under your name.
Yours. Proposals, showcases, galleries and the cockpit carry the DMC's logo, colors and fonts: configurable per document. Mail sent to your client goes from your branded sender. DMC Pilot's name appears nowhere the client looks: showing your client who your supplier is would be a design failure, so it's structurally avoided.
No: structurally no. The cockpit and every client-facing surface read from a data boundary that carries the client charge and never the vendor cost or margin. It isn't a hidden column; the numbers don't leave the tenancy.
Never. Clients get a password-gated magic link to the cockpit; guests get token links for galleries, waivers and check-in; photographers get an upload link. Every link is revocable and can expire.
Duty of care. Under ISO 31030, incentive attendees traveling for their employer are in scope of travel-risk management, and “612 of 840 landed, everyone accounted for” is visibility the buyer can show their own leadership. Most DMCs can't offer it; yours can.

The strongest slide in your pitch is a live window with their name on it. See how it looks with your branding on the demo.
