Who is on the ground, since when, and provably so.

On-site staffing runs on freelancers, guides and drivers who will never install your app. Give each a punch link: check-in and check-out with location, an on-site board for you, and a timesheet that survives contact with payroll.

A punch carries where as well as when, and the hours add themselves up.

From punch link to payroll export

  1. Send the link

Per-person punch links: copy or email. Revoke keeps history; expiry is built in. No accounts, no app store.

  2. Punch with location

Check in, check out: time and geolocation captured, in-app versus manual distinguished, a map on your side.

  3. Run the board

The program's Staff tab shows who's on shift where, right now, and it feeds the Run of Show automatically.

  4. Export the truth

Timesheets with corrections, reasons and overnight handling, exported to CSV for payroll.

Time tracking questions

Do freelancers need to install anything?

No. Each person gets a punch link: a URL that opens a check-in/check-out page with their name on it. Geolocation is captured at the punch, with a map on your side. Links can be emailed, copied, revoked (history kept) and set to expire.

How are corrections handled?

Openly. Entries can be added or edited with a reason note, in-app and manual punches are distinguished, and shifts that end past midnight are handled as one shift. The timesheet stays defensible because nothing is silently rewritten.

Does it connect to payroll?

Timesheets export to CSV per person and per program, hours, locations, corrections and notes, ready for whatever runs your payroll. The product doesn't pretend to be a payroll system; it makes sure the inputs are true.

Who counts as external staff?

Freelancers, guides, drivers and other on-site staff you assign to programs: managed alongside employees, with the same punch links and the same board, but kept distinct where it matters (rates, records, access).
