Ezus alternative for DMCsWin the MICE program, then run it on the ground, in one place.

DMC Pilot is built for MICE and incentive DMCs. The proposal becomes the program, and your team runs flights, transfers and day sheets from the same place.

Checked

Ezus helps travel agencies and DMCs design, price and sell tailor-made trips, MICE included. It is strongest at building and selling the trip.

DMC Pilot covers the sale too. Then it carries the program through the live days, where a MICE DMC's hardest work is.

Why DMCs choose DMC Pilot

  • The proposal becomes the program

When the client says yes, the accepted proposal becomes the program. Nothing is retyped. The costing you sold is kept, so you can compare it with what you really spend.

  • Flights and transfers that keep up

The air manifest is tracked live and becomes transfer runs. When a flight moves, the runs follow. We did not find flight tracking or transfer planning described on Ezus's website.

  • An app for your team on site

Day sheets build themselves from the program. Staff and freelancers get an iPhone and Android app with team chat and check-in lists that work without signal. We did not find a staff app on Ezus's site.

  • Suppliers answer in their own portal

Suppliers confirm, reconfirm, answer change requests and send their bills in their own portal. An accepted change updates your cost and margin.

  • Know your margin while it runs

Your margin at signing is saved. Margin alerts tell you when live costs start to eat into it, and name the suppliers behind it.

  • A live page for your client

Your client follows the program on a live page in your brand: arrivals, today's schedule and transfers. Your costs and margin never show.

Airport transfers, day sheets, margin alerts and Client View are on Growth and up. The features page shows the plan for each feature.

Switching is simple

Ezus says you can export your documents at any time, and that an export of your data can be provided on request. Ask for your clients, suppliers and products as spreadsheets. You can keep finished trips where they are and start your next MICE program in DMC Pilot.

Here is what you can bring across:

  • Guest and rooming lists from CSV or Excel, on every plan. The columns are matched for you, so a list from another system needs no reformatting.
  • Clients, suppliers and your price list through Data imports on Growth and up: CSV, Excel or PDF files, up to 20,000 new records at a time.
  • Supplier price lists create the supplier with every price linked to it. You can upload up to 500 documents or a whole folder at once.
  • Nothing is saved until you review it. Possible duplicates are flagged, and you confirm the import yourself.

Onboarding is hands-on and paid. We load your price list, suppliers and first programs with you. It usually takes two weeks:

  1. Week one. We go through the setup checklist with you: company profile and logo, your team and their roles, destinations, then your price list and supplier rates imported.
  2. Week two. Your suppliers are loaded and invited to their portal. We build two live programs together.
  3. From then on. Your team runs the programs, and we stay close through your first day on site.

Past programs are usually not worth moving. Keep them where they are, and start your next program in DMC Pilot.

AI Import, review step: six attendees read from a pasted manifest, each with first name, last name, email and arrival flight code in an editable row, and Add 6 Attendees on the right

Questions about Ezus and DMC Pilot

Is Ezus good for MICE?

Ezus covers MICE as one of the trip types it sells, with group quotes, rooming lists and timed event days in the itinerary. It is strongest at building, pricing and selling the program. For the live days, such as flight tracking, transfers and on-site day sheets, we did not find tools described on its website.

Does DMC Pilot have a traveler payment portal like Ezus Pay?

No. DMC Pilot raises invoices with payment schedules and tracks what is paid. Your team records payments as they arrive.

Can I use Ezus and DMC Pilot together?

You can, but there is no connection between them, so you would retype the program from one to the other. It is usually simpler to choose the one that fits your hardest work.

The bottom line for DMCs

Ezus is a strong tool for designing and selling tailor-made trips, and it covers MICE quotes well. For a MICE DMC, though, the hard part starts after the sale.

DMC Pilot is built for that part. Flights are tracked live, transfers follow flight changes, and day sheets are ready for the team. Suppliers confirm in their own portal, and the client has a live page. You see the margin on every program, your staff have a phone app, and Dispatch AI, the assistant built into DMC Pilot, answers from your own records. For a MICE, incentive or event DMC, that is the better fit.
