Sales pipeline, proposals and their Content Library, program operations, flights and ground transfers, vendors, staffing, client-facing surfaces, chat, documents and invoicing: one database under one permission model. If a fact is typed twice, we consider the claim broken. That is the standard every feature is held to, and it's the claim a neighboring product cannot truthfully copy by adding a module. The breadth is the product.
It also sets an honest boundary. DMC Pilot is not an accounting or AP system. It hands your accountant clean exports and invoice records. It is not a booking channel or a marketplace. It is the system of record for the operation itself, and it refuses features that only work if the data also lives somewhere else.
Why AI works here and not in a point tool
Every AI capability in Dispatch AI, from grounded answers to drafted actions, the AI Inbox and RFP Autopilot, depends on the record being whole. An assistant beside a five-tool stack can summarize your email. An assistant inside the system of record can turn that email into a costed change request on the right vendor. The same logic governs its limits: prices only from your price book, writes only through confirmation, insights only when the data is sufficient.
Built for how DMCs actually operate
Programs are seasonal and bursty, so plans meter concurrent active programs and finished work auto-archives. The on-site day happens on phones in lobbies, so the on-site surfaces are built for exactly that. Briefs arrive as documents, so the product reads documents. Money crosses currencies and tax regimes, so costing is multi-currency with VAT, reverse charge and US sales tax as first-class citizens. Vendors and guests will never adopt your software, so they get magic links instead of logins.
Where we are, plainly
DMC Pilot is a complete product, 45 features across six areas, built and working, being taken to market deliberately rather than dropped behind a self-serve signup. There is no free trial because a system of record is only convincing when it holds your record, so onboarding loads your catalog, vendors and first programs with our team. The United States is the primary market and the European Union is fully supported, including VAT, reverse charge and multi-currency costing.
